Winemaker/ Producer: Ancarani 

Region: Emilia Romagna, Italy 

Grapes: Blend of albana, famoso, pignoletto, (native varietals to Emilia Romagna) 

Soil: sand, silt and clay

Viticulture: Certified organic by Suolo e Salute 

Winemaking: maceration on skins for (still waiting on the specifics here) but somewhere between 3 to 7 days.   Spontaneous fermentation, native yeasts. 9mg of sulfur at bottling

Tasting notes: orange zest, apricot, bay leaf, green almond (tasted 12/11/19)

For Fun: Andataeritorno is Italian for roundtrip.
