Winemaking: maceration on skins for (still waiting on the specifics here) but somewhere between 3 to 7 days. Spontaneous fermentation, native yeasts. 9mg of sulfur at bottling
Tasting notes: orange zest, apricot, bay leaf, green almond (tasted 12/11/19)
