Region: Columbia Valley AVA (for viognier), Willamette Valley AVA (rest of the grapes)
Grape: Viognier, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir
Soil: Sandy Loam (Columbia Valley), Volcanic, Marine Sedimentary (Willamette Valley)
Viticulture: Organic
Winemaking: Viognier and Pinot Noir are direct pressed and fermented separately. Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Auxerrois, and Pinot Gris fermented separately with 14 days of skin maceration. Native yeast. Ferments are gently worked by foot 1-2 times a day. No temp control.

Tasting Notes: strawberry yogurt (custard style), lemon zest, pizza dough
