Region: Liguria

Grape: Vermentino, Malvasia di Candia, and Trebbiano.

Soil: Alluvial deposits with a high limestone content 

Viticulture: Organic, Vine Age 50 to 80 years

Winemaking: Native yeast fermentation, 4-5 day skin contact.  Unfined. Unfiltered. Minimal SO2 

Aging: Aged in stainless steel and bottled in June of the year after the harvest

Tasting Notes: Apricot, wheat thins, oolong tea, orange pith and almond

For Fun: The name ‘Bamboo Road’ came from the bamboo canes that surround the vineyard
