Grape: Ottonese 60%, Moscato 40%

Soil: volcanic sand

Viticulture: No chemicals in the vineyards, philosophically biodynamic

Winemaking: spontaneous fermentation with skin maceration for 24 hours. No added sulfur.  Unfined and unfiltered

Tasting Notes: Chamomile, straw, peach, tostones, apricot
