Soil: Flysch and marl soils locally known as “Ponka”
Viticulture: Minimal intervention
Winemaking: maceration – 7 days (inox, wood, concrete)
Aging: 24 months in 225L barrels and additional 6 months in the bottles
Tasting Notes: Peach, ripe pear, lemon, beeswax, chamomile
