Soil: Alluvial soil, chalk and sand

Viticulture: Organic since 1980 / biodynamic 

Winemaking: Ancestral method.  Hand harvested. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur.

Tasting Notes: Anjou Pear, pizza dough, preserved lemon, saline 

For Fun: This family farm also produces other organic grape products including non-alcoholic grape juice and saba.
